Sunday night in our house has always been pudding night and I didn’t feel like having a cheat meal after working so hard in the gym.
After a quick google of some chocolate nice cream recipes I threw this together.
It tastes just like a snickers ice cream but is way healthier!
- 1 and a half frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Drizzle maple syrup
- Dash almond milk
Throw it in the blender and keep pulsing until you have what looks like ice cream.
It takes a little bit of time to get the banana to mix. I gave it a couple of stirs in between pulsing. You hardly need any liquid but can add more if it’s not blending.
I topped mine with strawberries, chia seeds and cacao nibs.
